GOOGLE ANALYTICS
I use Google Analytics to monitor traffic to this website, which collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and to improve the user experience. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
MAILING LISTS
I run a mailing list via a provider called iContact. For more information, you can seeiContact's privacy policy.
I only collect and ask you to verify your email address so I can send occasional updates on what I'm doing, and news related to scent that you may find interesting. I will not pass on or sell ANY contact details to ANY third parties unless a subscriber requests a personal introduction.
You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email, or emailing Lizzie Ostrom, data production officer.
TICKETING DATA
If you purchase a ticket/tickets) for an event through this website you will be redirected to my ticketing provider, Ticket Tailor, which uses PayPal for payments. All payments and card details provided are secure, and not seen or stored by me. As part of this I will collect your contact information (postal address, phone number and email). This is so we can send your tickets to you digitally, and get in contact with you if we need to (for example, if the event is cancelled we would want to call you). My Ticket Tailor account keeps a record of all past events, including names and contact details for of ticket purchasers and depending on the event, the names and contact details of accompanying ticket holders and guests.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Policy last updated June 2018 and will be reviewed annually from January 2019 or more frequently assuming changes to legal requirements on data protection.
