They're the chocolates that once defined every aspirational dinner party in the land, and are now being left behind in the cultural zeitgeist for more foodie options. This event, one of a series I'm hosting in partnership with flavour house Omega Ingredients, sought to recapture the magic, nostalgia and pure thrill of our favourite retro chocolates.
The event offered a rare opportunity to sample the individual materials used by the trade to create the illusion of chocolate.
